Shipping

Where is my order? Orders are processed and shipped to you between 2-3 business days.

Returns and Refunds

What is your refund/exchange policy? Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Please email us at grunwaldgoods@gmail.com so we can help you out. Once the 10 days has passed, we will not accept any returns. Refunds can take up to 5 business days after product has been returned.

What do I do if an item arrived broken? While we work very hard to safely package all products, sometimes things break. If this is the case, please email us with your order number and a photo or two of the broken item at grunwaldgoods@gmail.com
